"Tauni Robbins, employee for Sharon Gulliams, went far above and beyond any insurance agent that I have ever dealt with in my 30 years of driving in Ohio. She made my transition from another company to State Farm smooth painless. About a month later, when I had an urgent insurance issue that I needed help with, she responded quickly and addressed my complex issue by noon on the first business day following my contacted. I would triple recommend Ms. Robbins or Ms. Gulliams for any individual or family in Ohio who is seeking an insurance consultant. That is not an easy bar to meet with me because one of my good friends also sells State Farm insurance. Friendly, prompt, honest, and clearly hard working. Far exceeded all exceptions on every level."
