"I had used this office for years until it came time for us to purchase a home. Obviously I contacted them first because they were my current provider. Upon talking to the rep, I was told in order to receive coverage, I had to go on my new homes roof and take pictures. Not that they would send someone out, that I needed to go on the roof and take pictures. I decided to go with a new provider and it has been an absolute nightmare to get my policies handled. My new provider sent this office forms letting them know when my auto policy and renters insurance needed to end. This office refused to accept them. Then, on June 24th I received a letter saying that as of 12:01 am on June 14th my insurance had been cancelled. I called the next day. They said “you must have cancelled it online”. Upon further review, they realized Jamie had cancelled it in error. I told them I needed my renters insurance to be reinstated through August 1st and my auto policy to end June 28th. I got another letter today saying that my auto policy (that I cancelled) renewed until September 2024. Nothing about my renters insurance that I need until August 1st. I emailed Jamie stating I needed documentation confirming the auto policy was cancelled as of June 28th and the renters stays until August 1st. I expressed how annoying this has been to deal with. The response from her didn’t include any sort of apology whatsoever and zero documentation confirming my insurance needs. My app says I have zero policies. I will never use this company for insurance again."
